- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format is Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ), the reference number is F1ABSM41820100. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-24. This is a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 423440. The size standard 500 employees. Item Description is as follows: CLIN 0001, QTY 11, EA; Mfg: McCall, Merchandiser Case, Hexagon Shape, refrigerated three-section, revolving, all metal internal frame, wood exterior, standard depth, narrow hinged glass doors, bottom mount compressor, 1/2 HP Compressor, BRAND NAME OR EQUAL. Note: If offering an equal provide specification with quote. FOB point will be Destination to be delivered to: Bldg 9050, 1700 Carswell Avenue, Lackland AFB, and San Antonio, TX, 78236. The provision in FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial items, is applicable to this solicitation.
