Description
The purpose of this notice is to inform the architect-engineer community that the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS), Research Triangle Park, North Carolina is issuing a second modification announcement to remove all page restrictions from the SF 330 submittal requirement including attachments. This allows prime contractors, who identify any Joint Venture Partners, Subcontractors, and/or Branch Offices in the SF 330 Part I, Contract Specific Qualifications, to provide either separate Part II, General Qualifications Information for the entire Proposed Team listed in Part I, C or provide separate and supporting qualifications packages for all key subcontractors. The removal of page limitations provides firms the opportunity to detail their past teaming arrangements on the new SF330. GSA maintains the Architect Engineer Qualifications Form SF330 latest version 06/2004 for download at their website: http://www.gsa.gov. This modification also clarifies that responses are due by 2:00 p.m. (local time), Thursday, September 9, 2004. This corresponds with the response date stated in the original notice and modification and corrects the date stated in the original notice under the description section. Firms must provide evidence of all necessary licenses to practice architect engineer work within the State of North Carolina. This documentation is requested along with the SF330 submittal and must be provided prior to commencement of negotiations. This is a requirement for contract award. The North Carolina Board of Architecture provides resources concerning license information within the state of North Carolina at their website at http://www.ncbarch.org*****
