- NAICS Code: 443120 THIS IS A SYNOPSIS FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN SUBPART 12.6 AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED. The solicitation number is UKX288, and the solicitation is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 443120 which has a size standard of $7.5M to qualify as a small business. This procurement is set aside for a small business. The agency requires that contractors provide the following items: 1. Raritan P2-UMT832M Paragon 8x32multi-user KVM switch; 2. Raritan P2-UST Paragon II User Station; 3. Raritan P2CIM-PS2 Computer Interface Module (for MCC16 to Paragon connections); 4. Raritan MCC16 Master console II 16 port KVM switch; 5. Raritan CCP20 6' PS/2 keyboard/mouse VGA cable (for PC to MCC16 connections); 6. UKVMC; CIM for one PC to Paragon with Local Console access. The following FAR clauses apply to this acquisition: 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions - - Commercial Items. All offerors are to are to include with their offers a completed copy of provision 52.213-3, Offeror Representation and Certifications - - Commercial Items. The following additional FAR clauses which are cited in Clause 52.212-5 are applicable to the acquisition: 52.203-6 Restrictions on subcontracting Sales to the Government, with Alternate I; 52.203-10, Price or Fee Adjustment for Illegal or Improper Activities; 52.219-14, Limitation on Subcontracting; 52.222-26, Equal Opportunity, 52.222-35, Affirmative Action for Special Disabled Veterans and Veterans of the Vietnam Era Veterans; 52.222-36, Affirmative Action for Handicapped Workers; 52.222-37, Employment Reports on Special Disabled Veterans and Veterans of the Vietnam Era; 52.222-41. It is requested that the completed Representations and Certifications be included with the proposal.
