- SYNOPSIS This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA4486-04-R0019. Proposals are to be in dollars. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-15. The North American Industry classification System (NAICS) code to this acquisition is 423620. This requirement is not RESTRICTED to Mainland Portugal and its territories. Items required are as follows: Item 0001, Washer 27 inches Super Capacity, automatic, 120/50HZ, White on White, 7 cycles, 3 size settings, 3 water temperatures, end of cycle signal. Mfg: Whirlpool, Model 2DLSQ7533QO or equal, qty 125. Item 0002, Dryer, electric, super Plus Capacity, 230/50Hz, whtie on white, 5 automatic cycles, 3 temperature settings. Mfg: Whirlpool, Model: 3XLER5437KQ or equal, Qty 125. Item 0003, Range, electric, 30 inches , 120/240 volt, 60 Hz, white on white, standard Clean, 4.65 cu ft. Oven MFg: whirlpool, model: RF302BXKQ or equal, Qty 125. Item 0004, dishwasher, Built/in, 120/60 Hz, 5 cycle, 3 options, direct Feed, Sensor, quiet II. Mfg: Whirlpool, Model : DU943PWK or equal, Qty 125. Item 0005, Refrigerator, 20.6 cu ft. top-mount, white , 120/60Hz, Mfg: whirlpool, Model: ET1WTKXK or equal, qty 125. For Delivery: FMO, Bldg T-751, Lajes Field, Azores, Portugal, Point of Contact Sgt Boxley at 351295574162. The provision at 52.212-1; Instructions to offerors – commercial Items applies to this acquisition. Offerors shall provide a firm fixed-price for the above items. Delivery charges, if any, must be included in unit price. Offerors unable to meet the target delivery date of 30 calendar days after contract award or sooner, must provide projected delivery dates. Successful contractor must meet all the responsibility requirements of Subpart 9.1 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). A written notice of award of acceptance of offer, mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party. Evaluation will be made based on the lowest price offer, with the proposed delivery date closest to our target delivery date. Award will be based on lowest price submitted and responsiveness to the terms and conditions of the requirements.
