- Description
- The USDA Forest Service intends to award a contract for Human Resource staff support for Federal employee Reduction-in-Force (RIF) preparation, planning and all related other related activities. Contractor will be responsible for all aspects of charting multiple unit RIF activity and assist with Regional coordination of Pre-Wraps, WRAPS,VSIP and VERA programs. Contractor must have capacity to provide benefits and retirement counseling and information. Contractor to work closely with Human Resources staff in developing timelines, action plans, regional guidelines for RIF, communication plans, employee handouts, informational guides and assist in developing regional RIF cost analysis. *****
