Description

This is a competitive GSA requirement number 0010104427 issued as a request for proposal (RFP). In support of the Commander, Naval Installations (CNI), the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), the Patuxent River Complex, the Environmental Department wishes to acquire Management, Organizational and Business Improvement Services (MOBIS) support, in the specific areas of budget, training and information exchange. The period of performance is for one year from the award date with an estimated start date of 15 September 2004. The services are performed at the Government?s site. The estimated level of effort is 2192 man-hours. The contract type is anticipated to be fixed price with a performance-base statement of work. This requirement is being procured on a full and open basis and GSA Schedule/SIN 874 applies to this requirement.
