Description
Student Science and Engineering Program (SEAP), Gains in the Education of Mathematics and Science (GEMS), and Sequal to SEAP (CQL). This is a presolicitation notice. The contractor shall plan, arrange and administer support services for a multiface ted program to affect junior high school students and teachers, high school and college students in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). The solicitation will be available on or about 1 Sep 04, using the commercial format (FAR 12); it will be issu ed as a Request for Proposal (RFP) and will be posted on the USAMRAA Website. The solicitation must be downloaded from the following website: www.usamraa.army.mil. No paper copies will be issued. All interested parties must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. CCR information can be obtained by accessing www.ccr.gov. All interested parties shall provide a detailed and concise description of their capabilities for performing the technical support services described in the Statement of Work in the solicitation. The offeror's proposal must be divided into two sections: 1)Technical Proposal, and 2) Cost Proposal. The length of the technical proposal shall be no more than 10 pages, exclusive of resumes. There are no page li mits on the number of resumes or the pages for the cost proposal. The proposal shall be written and organized so as to be compatible with the Statement of Work, offeror's organization and accounting structure, and proposed costs.
