- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Bidders must bid on all or none basis. Or equal items are allowed and will be reviewed; bidder must be an authorized reseller of items, offering same or better warranty and service as company where items originated. Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ: W807PM-4182-4323. This procurement is being issued as 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in eff ect through Federal Acquisition Circular (2001-24). The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the procurement is 334112 and the Small Business size standard is 1000 employees. The contractor will provide the following items: 2 (two) Quantum ATL Superloader SDLT320, Part # AR-K26LA-YF; 1 (one) Quantum ATL Superloader LTO-2 Part # AR-H22LA-YF; 90 (ninety) SDLT-1 Cartridge, 160GB Native Capacity, Part #SDLT-CART; 60 (sixty) LTO-2 Cartridge, 200 GB Native Capacity, Part #LTO2-CART; 4 (four) SDLT Cleaning Cartridge, Part # SDLT-CLN; 2 (two) LTP Cleaning Cartridge, Part # LTP-CLN; 2 (two) Superloader 1 year 5X9XND Warranty Uplift SDLT320, Part # SU-SL-N11; 1 (one) Superlaoder 1 Year 5X9XND Warranty Uplift LTO-2, Part # SU-SL-N11; For questions regarding the products, e-mail them to Vicki.prevost@mvk02.usace.army.mil.
