Description

The work consists of constructing twin 72 inch diameter culverts by boring and jacking, a reinforced concrete outlet control structure with vertical lift gates, a walkway access bridge, earthen cofferdam, gravel parking lot and access road, dewaterin g system, inlet trash barrier and riprapped inlet and outlet channels. The estimated value of the proposed work is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00 dollars. There are twenty sheets in the set of drawings. This will be an unrestricted procurement. This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the Small Business Competiveness Program. The NAICS 237110. For the purpose of this procurement to qualify as a small business concern, in addition to being independently owned and operated and not dominate in the field of operation in which it is bidding on Government Contracts, the concern must have had average annual sales receipts for the preceding three fiscal years not exceeding 28.5 million.
