Description

The U.S. Military Academy intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Trident Systems Inc, 10201 Lee Hwy, Suite 300, Fairfax, Va 22030 for Interchange Server Software with 20 floating clients, maintenance, setup, and training. This is an enterp rise lifecycle management system that provides users with desktop capability to graphically view and edit any of the information in the repository, can be accessed by multiple users, can do human-centered design tool and data integrations, has object repli cation technology, and management of multiple baselines of objects with baseline options. The software allows multiple tools, such as CORE and Rose, for modeling functionality, within a single domain. Configuration management, visualization and tractabili ty is at the object model level to support system engineering information. This is proprietary software. The NAICS is 511210 and the size standard is $21 million. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations or a solicitation of offers. Int erested companies may identify their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the designated representative. See Note 22. Insert 15 days in lieu of 45 days in Note 22. Responses to this Notice must be received within 15 calen dar days of the date of this notice via email. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement, upon receipt of response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Govenrment. This is a simplified acquisition of a commercial item in accordance with FAR 13.106-1b. There will be no solicitation available.
