Description

Aerobics at the West Fitness Center and Fitness and Sports Complex, MD. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to conduct and administer all aspects of the aerobics program in accordance with Performance Based Work Statement. This acquisition will be accomplished using commercial procedures in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12. The applicable NAICS Code is 611620. The period of performance will be a one-year basic period with four one-year option periods. The Government reserves the right to unilaterally exercise the options. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package. The solicitation, notices and all amendments will be posted and available for viewing and downloading on the FedBizOpps site at www.eps.gov. No paper copies will be issued. When the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. The solicitation will be posted on or about 25 Aug 04. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a proposal must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE Code) and be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract, it does not restrict the Government?s ultimate approach, nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any proposal preparation cost.
