Description

The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting for quotes inder Solicitation No. RFQ 786-268-04 for the Raising, Realignment and Resetting of Headstones and Flat Markers at the Long Island National Cemetery. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, supervision and transportation necessary to complete the above noted services. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, and the NAICS Code is 561730 with a small business size standard of $6 million annual revenue. This solicitation will be posted on August 24, 2004 and will have a due date of September 15, 2004, 4:00 PM (COB). This solicitation is subject to the availability of funds. A solicitation with cover letter can be obtained electronically from this web site, on or after August 24, 2004. Hard copies can only be obtained by forwarding a written request to the POC above either by mail, facsimile and/or e-mail. All requests are to contain the company name, address, telephone number, facsimile number, point of contact, Tax ID and DUNS #. All Veteran Owned Small Businesses, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses, Woman Owned Small Businesses, Small Disadvantaged Businesses and HUBZone Certified Small Businesses are encouraged to participate in this solicitation.
