Description

RFP - NIH VISUAL AND MEDICAL ARTS THIS NOTICE CANCELS FBO NOTICE MODIFICATION #4 IN ITS ENTIRETY AND CHANGES THE PROPOSAL DUE DATE TO SEPTEMBER 10, 2004 AMENDMENT Five (5) TO RFP 263-04-P-(GK)-0032 for NIH Visual and Medical IAW OMB Circular A-76 is issued and changes the Proposal Due Date to September 10, 2004. The evaluation and cost comparison results will be announced on or about November 12, 2004. It is recognized that Circular A-76 requires very compressed proposal preparation schedules. The applicable and predominant North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541430, Graphic Design Services, with a size standard of average annual receipts of $6.0M over the last 3 years. This requirement is a total small business set-aside. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading the RFP, all attachments and amendments. The Government will not provide printed copies. It is the offeror?s responsibility to monitor the FedBizOpps web page for the release of the solicitation and any amendments.
