Description

The USDA, Animal and Plant Health Inspections Service (APHIS), Biotechnology Regulatory Services (BRIS), Riverdale, MD, intends to issue a sole source Commercial Purchase Order with Iowa State University, 122 Beardshear , Ames, Iowa for the development of a written inspection training manual on inspecting and cleaning harvesting and planting equipment to train third party inspectors on proper techniques and procedures for cleaning and inspecting harvest and planting equipment for contaminated materials. The final products will be delivered in both hard and electronic copy. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Numbered Note 22 applies. NAICS Code 711510 Size standard is $6,000.00. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations.
