- NSN 1650-01-172-8001, Filter Element, Fluid. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. McDonnell Douglas Helicopters, Cage 8V613 Dwg 7-311310243 Rev B & parts list Rev A & AMCOM Cage 81996 Procurement package 7-311310243 Rev A dtd 13Feb03 and SS7-311310243 Rev Basic P/N 7-311310243. This solicitation will result in an award as an indefinite quantity contract. Base Yr 4752 ea, 160 DARO, stock locations. Option Yrs 1-4, 1892 each, 160 DARO, Stock Locations. Option to extend term of contract 48 months. Duration of contract period 60 months. Other than full and open, more than one source, intended sources 05228, 00736, 8V613 & 18350. Note 26 applies. Unrestricted. First Article Test Required. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
