- SERVICES NON-PERSONAL: The Operational Contracting Division, Tinker AFB, OK is soliciting proposals to be set-aside for an 8(A) COMPETITIVE acquisition to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, incidentals and services necessary to provide PC Maintenance and Web Page Support for OC-ALC at Tinker AFB, OK. Computer maintenance support includes but is not limited to all hardware and software associated with the PCs and other network attached devices such as printers. The scope of this work is from the network connection on the wall onward to the PC and/or network attached device. The OC-ALC also hosts a large intranet website and solicits sources for web page content updates using standard commercial web page editing software. The Period of Performance will include a 60-day orientation, a base year period and up to four (4) one-year options to be exercised at the sole discretion of the Government. A best value Contractor will be selected using source selection procedures as outlined in FAR 15. Contractors must be registered in the Centralized Contractor Registration (CCR) system in order to receive a contract award from any DOD activity. Contractors may access the CCR at www.ccr.gov. The NAICS code is 811212. The SIC code is 7699. The Size Standard is $21M. A Request for Proposal is scheduled for release on or about 20 JUL 04. A site visit/industry day will be held at Tinker AFB, OK in the near future. Details will be released in the Request for Proposal regarding the time, date, and location of events for the site visit. Based upon market research, the Government is using the policies contained in FAR 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. Interested persons may identify to the Contracting Officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government’s requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
