Section B - Supplies or Services and Prices ITEM NO SUPPLIES/SERVICES QUANTITY UNIT UNIT PRICE AMOUNT 0001 12 Months Radio Equipment MaintenanceFFPContractor shall perform on-site, on-call maintenance service on radio equipment located throughout Naval Medical Center, Portsmouth, VA (NMCP); Branch Medical Clinic Boone; Branch Medical Clinic Sewells Point; Branch Medical Clinic Norfolk Naval Ship Yard; Branch Medical Clinic Northwest; Branch Medical Clinic Oceana; Branch Medical Clinic Dam Neck; and Branch Medical Clinic Yorktown.Coverage will be 24/7 for the fixed base stations located at the hospital and the ambulances. All other service is Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm with a 24 hour response time. A preliminary telephonic response shall be made within two (2) hours of notification.This cost represents a monthly cost that includes all parts, labor, and transportation time required to make any and all necessary repairs.
