Description

The Phoenix Indian Medical Center (PIMC), Engineering Department wishes to identify one (1) individual that can provide Journeyman Maintenance Mechanic Service that meets PIMC's needs. PIMC intends to contract for one (1) calendar year in accordance with the scope of work. PIMC provides health care services to American Indian and Alaska Natives. This Medical Center is a major acute care referral hospital. The PIMC campus encompasses approximately 22 acres which includes a main hospital building, 23 ancillary buildings (i.e., Administration, Warehouse, Dental offices, Clinics, and Plant), parking lots and grounds. The individual is to have experience, ability, and knowledge to perform the following: carpentry, electrical, plumbing, pipe fitting, welding, mechanical, landscaping, concrete, and construction inspection.
