Description

The National Institute of Standards and Technology has a requirement for contractor support to develop a FORTRAN-based simulation model for evaluating subcritical and transcritical vapor compression cycles. This is an unrestricted request for quotations in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541411 with a size standard of $21M. The Government anticipates award of a firm-fixed price purchase order on or about September 13, 2004. To be eligible for award offerors MUST be registered with the Central Contractor Registry, http://www.ccr.gov.
