- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Certified to comply with standards set by U.S. Food and Drug Administration Center for Devices and Radiology Health, (21 CFR-1020-40).
