Description

A requirement contract with a base year and two (2) option periods are contemplated. Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, and materials in performing all operations & preventative maintenance in connection with three Trane centri fugal chillers Model CVHF1280 (3) and Model CVHF 410, Buildings 3902 & 6912A, Fort Campbell, Kentucky. All work shall be performed by factory trained technicians in accordance with the manufacturers published diagrams, recommendations, and equipment req uirements. The Contractor is responsible for knowledge of and compliance with all environmental laws, regulations and programs of the installation. For the purpose of determining Small Business size for this acquisition is NAICS 238220, the average ann ual receipts of a concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $12 million.
