Description

This is a request for information to locate potential sources for four (4) CD Duplicators, software, and work stations capable of supporting the following: run on Windows XP; use TCP/IP protocol to allow for LAN/WAN; on site technical support 5/16; produce 200 CD?s per hour for 75 MB file; spindle capacity of 400-800 CDs; high throughput; network enabled; integrated label, duplication, and 100% verification process; open session copies; selectable write speeds; integrated workflow management tools-setup multiple jobs or concurrent jobs; label editing software; and printing in black and white or color. The duplicators will be co-located with existing Farm Service Agency (FSA) equipment at the Kansas City Administrative Office (KCAO). Technical specifications will be based on the hardware purchased.
