Description

The item to be procured is a Resolver, Electrical. NSN: 5990-01-112-3901, Part Number: 12294207. FOB is Destination. For use on the Bradley Fighting Vehicle System. Estimated issue date is 13 Aug 2004. This is an UNRESTRICTED solicitation that will result in an IDIQ Contract, Basic and 2 Ordering Periods. The minimum Guaranteed Quantity will be 50 each. The Tech Data Package (TDP) for this solicitation action has a requirement to use source controlled parts. These items must be procured from the approved sources listed on the drawings in the TDP, no alternative sources will be allowed for these specified source controlled parts. This solicitation is being issued with and without First Article Test requirements. This solicitation action cont ains the higher Level Contract Quality Requirement of ISO 9000:2000, dated 13 Dec 2000, Tailored by excluding paragraph 7.3. This solicitation action will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be p rovided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the internet: https://aais.ria.army.mil/aais/SOLINFO/index.htm. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same.
