Description

AMENDMENT THREE (3) to RFP 263-04-P(GK)-0032 for NIH Visual and Medical Arts IAW OMB Circular A-76 is issued. Amendment 3 revises the date referenced in Part IV, Section L.1.d. Award; and revises Part IV, Section L.2.a. (8) Solicitation Provisions Incorporated by Reference. INFORMATION AMENDED IS CRITICAL TO THIS SOLICITATION AND SHOULD BE VIEWED IN ITS ENTIRETY. The due date for receipt of proposals remains AUGUST 26, 2004. The evaluation and cost comparison results will be announced on or about November 12, 2004. It is recognized that Circular A-76 requires very compressed proposal preparation schedules. The applicable and predominant North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541430, Graphic Design Services, with a size standard of an average annual receipts of $6.0M over the last 3 years. This requirement is a total small business set-aside. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading the RFP, all attachments, and amendments. The Government will not provide printed copies. It is the offeror?s responsibility to monitor the FedBizOpps web page for the release of the solicitation and any amendments.
