Description

Statement of Work for Radar Vessel Traffic System 1. The Iraqi reconstruction Management Office (IRMO) Civilian Police Assistance Training Team has a requirement for radar vessel traffic systems to support Iraqi Minister of the Interior, Department of Border Enforcement. The systems must be currently available on the market, in use, and available for delivery. 2. Required documents: None cited. Commercial standards will apply. 3. Requirements: 2 each, Radar Vessel Tracking Systems for two locations: Umm Qasr, Iraq (38R845245) and Al Faw, Iraq (38R660130) Salient Characteristics: Range: 15 NM Mast Height: 15 meters Operation: 24hrs/day Installation and training: Installation of systems and a 5 day training course for a mentoring team. Warranty: MINIMUM 12 month warranty period Delivery: NLT 12-16 weeks after award
