Description

The solicitation will be available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov Website on or about Friday, August 27, 2004. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This project consists of the removal of the existing strainer and installation of new filtering equipment for the cooling water system in the Coal Pocket at the Boott Cotton Mills Museum at Lowell National Historical Park, Lowell, MA. Also includes the furnishing and installation of 16 heat exchanger plates. Construction performance period is 60 calendar days. Estimated construction range: Between $25,000 and $100,000. NAICS code 238220, $12 million. This solicitation is subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is subject to full and open competition. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency.
