Provide hardware and software support for the IMI Custom Document Imaging System that is utilized for both classified and unclassified documentation. Includes unlimited telephone support for: (0730 ? 1630 Monday thru Friday) -File Magic 5 Series Software -File Magic Office -IMI's Custom Imaging Software -Plasmon NT Manager Software Upgrades within a version are included Onsite maintenance agreement to cover all parts and labor. Items to be included in the on-site coverage are: -Plasmon Optical Disk Jukebox #M32 (Part # JBM40-PM32-AA) -5 each Removeable HDD (Degaused at Security Forces before turnover to Ktr) -9 each Dataports -Workgroup 8-port Hub -B7H Scanner # 1500FB MFG: Image Micrographics The equipment involved in this maintenance agreement are as follows: -Three workstations (one is server) Monitors: 6204TFSOB799/57150032RS 6204TFOSBF99/57150032RP 274601/57150032RO CPU: 8HNE6/57150032RS 8HN10/5715032RR (This is the server) 8HNFU/57150032RT
