Description: This is a Request for Proposal for a competitive contract for Condoms. Multiple awards may be made under this RFP. The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) has a requirement for a Basic Quantity of 201,000,000 Natural Rubber Latex Male Condoms for delivery from January 1, 2005 through September 30, 2005, with three one-year options that will extend the contract through December 31, 2008 and provide up to 800,000,000 additional condoms.
