Description
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), has a requirement for Investigative Information Management System (I2MS) configuration, deployment, technical support and training. It is the intent of ICE to award a one-year sole source contract to Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), 2100 East Grand Avenue, El Segundo, CA 90245 in accordance with the authority set-forth in 41 U.S.C. 253(c) and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or service will satisfy agency requirements. I2MS was developed by CSC for the U.S. Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI) and used to collect, maintain and report investigative data required by federal regulations. The intent of this requirement is to configuration the I2MS specifically for ICE and provide technical support and training. CSC?s direct experience in designing and implementing I2MS gives them unique expertise in order to configure and deploy the system for ICE. Interested parties may identify their interest by responding within 2 days to this announcement with a capability statement, which documents experience configuring and deploying I2MS. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all inquires received within 2 days after the date of this publication, will be considered by the Government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to compete this requirement. All responses should be in writing via email to shelby.buford@dhs.gov.
