Description

The U. S. General Services Administration is seeking new space in the Atlanta Metro Area for approximately 51,900 rentable space feet. The space shall consist of Two (2) Blocks of space described as follows: Block A, which must yield 35,100 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (previously usable) square feet, and Block B, 10,000 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (previously usable) square feet and related space. The buildings or sites offered must capable of accommodating at least four (4) Fifty (50) passenger buses and Sixty-Four (64) secured inside parking spaces. PLEASE NOTE: Building or sites may be offered for either block or both blocks spaces. LOCATION: The space must be located within the Atlanta Central Business Area (CBA) and expanded northeastward bounded by or fronting on the following: West: Interstate 20 (I-20) to Marietta Street to Peachtree Road to Roswell Road to Interstate 285 (I-285). North: Interstate 285 (I-285). EAST: Interstate 285 to Ga. State Road 278 to Route 23 to Route 10 to Interstate 20 South: Route 10 to Interstate 20 to west Lake Ave. and the Atlanta CBA. FIRST PREFERENCE SHALL BE GIVING TO BUILDING OR SITES OFFERED WITHIN THE ATLANTA CBA AND WITHIN CLOSE PROXIMITY TO MARTA PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, and utilities must be provided as part of the rental consideration, as well as amortization of Tenant Improvements. OCCUPANCY: Space is required no later than April 1, 2005 or if New Construction is offered, occupancy shall be No Later Than 270 days from the date lease award.
