Description

The United States Government desires to lease approximately 12,000 rentable square feet which must yield 10,940 to 11,500 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet of office and related space in the City of Bangor, Maine. Term: The Government is interested in a ten (10) year term cancelable by the Government at any time after the seventh (7th) year. General Information: This is an inquiry for available space and is not to be construed as an invitation to bid. Expression of interest should be submitted within 5 days. The space must meet requirements for handicapped access in accordance with PL-90-480 (as amended) and must include all services and utilities. Preference will be given to buildings of a historic nature. Owners & Authorized Agents: Submissions by other than an owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owners granting permission to make a general offering of the space. In instances where the offeror is representing more than one property, the owner shall furnish an acknowledgment of the multi-representation.
