- This is not a notice for a solicitation. This is only a Request for Information (RFI). The Government does not intend to award a contract or any type of agreement on the basis of this RFI or to otherwise pay for the information solicited under this RFI. This is NOT a request for proposal or an invitation to bid; merely a request for information. The United States Geological Survey (USGS) is contemplating entering into a Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA) with Exponent Inc.of Menlo Park, CA to assess the occurrence of terbufos and its degradates in groundwater and surface water in the United States. If any other parties are interested in similar activities with the USGS, please contact: Joel D. Blomquist, Hydrologist, 8987 Yellow Brick Road, Baltimore, MD 21237. Responses must be submitted no later than August 25, 2004.
