Description

This notice is for informational purposes only. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to issue a sole source purchase order to International Heart Health Society located in British Columbia, Canada, for the purchase of 2000 publications entitled ?The Milan Declaration ? Positioning Technology to Serve Global Heart Health?. The authority for this sole source procurement is FAR 6.302 in that International Heart Health Society is the only known source for this publication. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Firms that believe they can provide the required publication are encouraged to identify themselves and give written notification to the Contracting Officer within 15 days from the publication date of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
