Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(A) and (B), the Army Corps of Engineers, Environmental Management B ranch (CENWS PM-EM), Seattle, WA 98124-3755, intends to negotiate and award a sole source contract for Existing Groundwater Treatment Plant Operations and Maintenance, Wyckoff/Eagle Harbor Superfund Site, Bainbridge Island, Washington. The intended suppl ier is OMI. See Numbered Note 22.
