Description
Provide all Personnel, Labor, Equipment, and Materials necessary for Construction of two buildings, a visitor overlook, security fences and gates, new roads, parking and landscaping. There will be a Base bid and 5 Options. Base bid consists of Build ing B, which is a 6,000 square foot, partially heated pre-engineered metal storage bldg. with CMU interior partitions. Option 1 is Demolition of existing Metal Bldg. Option 2 is the Visitor Overlook. Option 3 is Access Road to lock wall. Option 4 is Buil ding A, a 3,360 square foot office bldg. of steel columns and beams, pre-engineered steel trusses, structural wood panel (SIPS) roof deck, brick and stone veneer exterior walls, and wood stud and drywall interior walls. Option 4 also includes all remainin g site work and utilities, new parking lot, sidewalks, repaving existing roads and parking lot, gates and fences and signage. Option 5 is Landscaping. This Procurement is 100% Hubzone set-aside, NAICS 236220 ($28.5 Million). Estimated Value: $1,000,000.00 - $5,000,000.00. Approximate issue date is 18 August 2004 and approximate due date is 17 September 2004, 2:00 PM Local Time. Scroll down and click on the appropriate Solicitation/IFB number and register. Once registration is completed, scroll down to Download/View Solicitation File. Click on the down-arrow and choose Specifications. Click Go. At the next page, Scroll down and click on the Solicitation Number listed in the File Name column. You will then be taken to the document for viewing/downloading/printing. Specifications are available on compact disc. Project specification files are Portable Document Format (PDF) files and can be viewed, navigated, or printed using Adobe Acrobat Reader. The drawing files are in CAL format and can be viewed, navigated, or printed using Source View Reader. Both readers are contained in the solicitation package. Minimum system requirements are: 486-based personal computer, Microsoft windows 3.1 or greater, 8 MB application RAM, 4 MB hard disk space, and compact disk drive. There will be no hard copies mailed. Telephone/fax requests for this IFB will not be honored. Faxed responses to this IFB are NOT acceptable.
