Description: This project consists of the construction of a new drinking water system for Wendover Staging Area. The major items of work include providing and installing a solar pump system for an existing well; 1,050 feet of trenching; 1,400 feet of 2? HDPE piping; 2 water troughs along with a service hydrant; and a 2,500 gallon precast concrete storage tank. Wendover Staging Area is located just off US Hwy 12, mile post 159.43, approximately ? mile north-east of Wendover campground on the north side of the highway. The site is cleared but undeveloped and is on FS road 5621E. The well is already constructed. Access for equipment is good.
