- PR-No.: IQC04167009088, NSN 1260-01-181-5895. This item approved sources are (Cage Code 51761) CDA Intercrop P/N BC7/A and (Cage Code 19710) MPC Products Corp. P/N PCD-200A. Adequate Data for the evaluation of Alternate Offers is not available at the Procurement Agency. The Offeror must provide a complete data package including data for the approved and alternate part for evaluation. See Notes 1 and 26. Quantity-to-be-determined to be delivered at the rate of 4-each in 100 days ADO, and any balance to be delivered at the rate of 2-each every 30-days thereafter. All shipments are to be CONUS. Various quantity increments solicited: 2 to 5, 6 to 9, 10 to 14, 15 to 19, 20 to 24, 25-32. All responsible sources may submit an offer that shall be considered. Other than Full and Open Competition applies. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/Rfp on its issue date of 25 AUGUST 2004. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Adequate specifications, plans, or drawings are not available. This solicitation is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Approved sources are CDA Intercrop (51761), MPC Products (19710). The proposed procurement is a solicitation for an Indefinite Quantity Contract, consisting of one (1) 12-months Basic Contract, and four (4) 12-months option period. The total duration shall not exceed 5-years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of proposals, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
