- Fuel System Icing Inhibitor (SIH), NSN 6850-01-057-6427, MIL-DTL-85470B dated 15 June 1999, Purchase Program 4.6, quantity 2,580,000 US gallons for delivery to 52 locations in the Continental United States. Ordering period is date of award through December 31, 2005. Delivery period is January 01, 2005 through January 30, 2006. This solicitation will be available for electronic downloading at the Defense Energy Support Center web site (www.desc.dla.mil) and the FedBizOpps web site (www.fedbizopps.gov) on approximately August 25, 2003. If you intend to submit an offer, you are required to complete, sign and return the solicitation document entitled ?Offer Submission Package? to the bid custodian at DESC.
