- Description
- The purpose of the solicitation is to provide medical services for the students at the Ouachita Job Corps Center, Royal, Arkansas. Duties will include but will not be limited to, new student examinations, medical history review, medical examinations and emergency treatment. The physician shall provide medical services at the Center approximately one day per week. The physician shall meet the State of Arkansas licensing, and professional qualification requirements. This will be a commercial solicitation resulting in a firm fixed contract for a base period (Award to June 30, 2005), and four (4) option years. NAICS code 621111, size standard $8.5 million.
