- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4620-04-Q-A043 is issued as a Request for Quote, utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR Part 13. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-24. NAICS Code is 484220. Small business annual dollar amount is up to $21,500,000. This is a small business set-aside. The contractor shall transport/provide potable water as specified in accordance with attached Statement of Work. Historical data: water delivery requirements from 3 April 2003 through 3 Oct 03 was 419,300 gallons.
