Description

Contractor shall provide all labor, material, and equipment, to perform quarterly inspecations and annual preventive maintenance of two (2) Carrier Chillers and one (1) Trane Chiller in Building 500, at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Richmond, Virginia as required by this solicitation. The NAICS is 811310, Size Standard $6.0 Million. The Government will award a Firm Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose proposal conforms to this solicitation and will be the "Best Value" to the Government. An electronic copy of the solicitation may be obtained FREE on or about August 5, 2004 at URL: http://fedbizopps.gov/ or http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov/. Offerors will need to use the solicitation number RFQ 246-04-01515 in order to download the solicitation documents. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will also be available at the URL addresses. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments. No fax or telephone request accepted. All questions shall be submitted in writing. Quotes are due on August 18, 2004 at 3:00 p.m. local time.
