Description

THIS IS AN 8(A) SET ASIDE. OPEN ONLY TO ELIGIBLE FIRMS SERVICED BY THE CLEVELAND DISTRICT OFFICE OF THE SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION. The Contractor shall construct a 10,000 square foot two story addition to the main hospital building to house Out Patient Mental Health offices and group therapy rooms. The addition will be constructed over an existing Linear Accelerator suite located on the basement level, and will visually and aesthetically connect the two existing building additions on either side.
