Description: The Portland Area Indian Health Service intends to award a Sole-Source, Buy-Indian Set-Aside purchase order with Malone Enterprises, to remove, inspect and replace exterior wall sheathings and siding for four (4) staff housing units at the Neah Bay Service Unit, Clallam County, Neah Bay, Washington. This is in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 and 25 USC 47, the Buy Indian Act. Authority for this non-competitive acquisition is found under 41 USC 253(c)(1). This contractor is the only known Buy-Indian certified business to have the capability and internal structure to complete the project within the budgetary plans and specified time period. No requests for the solicitation package will be accepted.
