- Solicitation for NSN 4010-01-217-0899, LTC04062018798, Rope, Wire, Grove North America (12361), P/N 6-246-001021, Oshkosh Truck Corp. (45152), P/N 2CS621, and Cable Moore Inc. (9R404), P/N CM 043-150. DSCR DOES NOT CURRENTLY HAVE AN APPROVED TECHNICAL DATA PACKAGE AVAILABLE FOR THIS NSN. PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT REQUEST TO DSCR-VABA. QAP 001 APPLIES. Inspection and Acceptance is at Destination. Proposed procurement is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base and four option years. Delivery is 77 days ARO. Solicited on FOB Destination basis to East Location W25G1U Defense Distribution Depot, DDSP New Cumberland Facility, Building Mission Door 113-134, New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001, with an estimated quantity of 362 EA. Shipments may also be made to West Location W62G2T Defense Distribution Depot San Joaquin, 25600 S. Chrisman Road, Receiving Warehouse 10, Tracy, CA 95376-5000 for an estimated quantity of 242 EA. This procurement is set-aside for a HUBZONE small business. This is not considered to be a commercial item. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
