Description

NOMENCLATURE, PLATE, ELECTRICAL SHIEL 5999-01-375-3465 This notice is to announce that this NSN will be solicited in the near future. This is not a Solicitation/Request for Proposal. The Solicitation/Request for Proposal will be forth coming and will be available via the DSCC Website address (URL) is http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp.Other than full and open, unrestricted. The response date referenced above is ESTIMATED. Solicitation Issue date is on or about 08/16/04, with the Response date on or around 09/15/04. Note: Copies of this solicitation will only be available via the World Wide Web. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Reference number: SP0905-04-R-X308. Approved source: RAYTHEON (3B150) P/N G276945-1, AND SCHULZ ENGINEERING (9Y257) P/N G276945-1. An Indefinite Quantity Contract (365 days basic with four 365 day option periods) is anticipated. Total 5 year estimated quantity is 78 each. Various incremental quantities will be solicited From: 1-100, Deliveries will be to various DLA customers and/or stocking locations. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. While price is a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. See numbered notes: 26. Adequate data for the evaluation of alternate offers is not available at the procurement agency. The offeror must provide a complete data package including data for the approved and alternate part for evaluation. This is for solicitation purposes only and does not apply for award.
