Description

Provide direct access electricity for GSA office building, border station and warehouse accounts within the Pacific Gas & Electric, Southern California Edison, and San Diego Gas and Electric service areas, in the state of California. Accounts are currently on direct access service with an incumbent provider. Term begins October 1, 2004. Price alternates are requested for 6 month, 1 year and 2 year terms.
