White Phosphorus, Grade 2, IAW MIL-W-215D w/amendment 2 dated 19 March 91 and Not 1 dated 19 April 96. End Use: Ctg 155mm WP M110A2. Quantity 180, 000 pounds, with 100% option. Delivered in approx 180,000 lb rail car loads. FOB destination, Pine Bluff Arsenal, Pine Bluff AR. Approximate issue date for this solicitation is 12 Aug 2004 with a closing date 30 days from issue. All contractors who pro vide goods/services to the DOD will be registered in the Central Contractors Register (CCR).
