Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared under the authority of FAR 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items and in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is W91CRB-04-T-0183. The U.S. Army Research, Development and Engineering Command Acquisition Center, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD has a requirement to obtain Harlan tractor spare parts for the government of Egypt. Thi s is a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirement Case EG-B-BDH, Purchase Request BEG05N 4191-Y001. A firm fixed-price type of award is anticipated. Delivery terms are FOB Destination, Harmans, MD. Required delivery is within 30 days after date of award.
