Description

Notice of Intent to award a Sole Source Procurement. The Government intends to issue a sole source purchase order for an Additional 100 AMHS User Pack - Additional user licenses to support customers that have purchased or already operate AMHS, and an additional 250 AMHS User Pack - Additional user licenses to support customers that have purchased or already operate AMHS. The 55th Contracting Squadron intends to award a purchase order by other than full and open competition in accordance with Subpart 6.302-1 (a)(2)(ii). Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement was made because this software is strictly proprietary in nature and is the only software available to support this system.
