Description

This is a combined/synopsis solicitation for commercial items or services prepared in accordance with the format in Far Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) No. R-9200-00-4-00. The solicitation clauses and provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-24. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 332618. It is the Government?s intention to negotiate on a sole source basis with Allentown Caging Equipment Company, P.O. Box 698, Allentown, NJ 08501 for the following: One hundred (100) cases of MBT7115HT Micro-Barrier unit. The following Far clauses shall apply to this solicitation: Far Part 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items (JAN 2004); Offer must include a completed copy of FAR provisions 52.212-3 Offerors Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (MAY 2004); 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items (OCT 2003); 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Status of Executive Orders-Commercial Items (MAY 2004).
